Return Policy
No sale is ever final! Should anything you purchase from Elegantly Styled
fail to meet your expectations, please send your package to us via
insured/prepaid mail or UPS within 30 days from the date it was shipped.
Please include invoice
All returned merchandise must be in as received condition with tags and
liners in place. Items that are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than
as received condition will be returned to customer at customers expense.
Items must be received in our facility within 30 days from ship date to
receive a Refund (please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refunds).
Items received past 30 days from ship date will be issued a merchandise
credit. Merchandise credits are non-refundable. Sale and clearance items are
eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only - no refunds. Discontinued
items will be returned to customer.
Incorrect Orders:
We apologize, if we sent you incorrect merchandise. You will be reimbursed
for the cost of returning the package to us. You will not be charged for the
shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Damaged In Shipment:
Hold merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier
(UPS or Post Office) to arrange for an inspection and notify our Customer
